"I do not recommend Mr. Briones . He’s been working on my custody order since June of 2022. Most of the time I had court, he kept on canceling our court dates, and the judge got upset, so he referred us to a mediator. With the mediator involved things got done . My daughter has been living with me since May of 2023. I am still getting charge for child support. Mr. Briones was supposed to put in an order for child support to get stopped in December after we came into an agreement with the mediator and the other parties, Attorney. We are in March and still nothing has been resolved. This frustration because I’m in California and I’m not able to do much if I’m across the state."
