The person who answered the phone just said ‘nah, we would’ve sent it back already’ and wouldn’t check for me. I called customer service and they helped me out…when I received the package the next day, there was nothing wrong with the address or label. My package had expensive items, so it was imperative I track it down. Overall review- incompetent and lazy."
