"I always use the mobile app to pay my loan. Since the last update, says I can no longer pay online, payment option has been disabled? I do ALL of my bill paying online, now I have to try sitting on the phone w/ someone or make a trip to a brick & morter.....fix that app!!! So frustrating!"
