"I have been taking my dog here for years. Great service when I go however, with the company making last appointments at 4:30pm and facility closes at 5:30pm is where I incurred the problem. They don't open on Saturdays and Closed on Mondays. Kinda hard to get an appt just to get my dog nails clipped. That would take less than 10 mins at the end of the day. I'm with there pet insurance program that you can never speak to anyone its all email. Just didn't want to up and find a new vet when we have been going for years. I recommend more flexibility."

"I am very picky I have 3 Great Danes who are my babies. Dr. Pat Davis and staff give each one of them the best care. They answer all of my questions. My boy had to have surgery on his foot and they have eased my mind it takes a lot for me to trust someone with my giants since one of them has been abused. Everyone who works there is a class act and I am so thankful for them."

"We happened upon El Centro by chance because there was a chance our dogs were sick so some places wouldn't accept them and others were very expensive. We decided to take one of the ones with the best reviews and it was El Centro. I was not disappointed and my animals loved their visits there! They use treats to distract animals so they don't move much and don't even notice the needles and it works like a charm. The pictures are from each of their visits to the vet and boy did they get big! In fact the last time they were too big to both fit on the table so I chose two cute pics from around that time of their last visit! Every time we came in, the receptionists gasped and kept talking about how big their getting so fast! All of this was quite the enjoyable experience and I love this vet and would highly recommend it!!"
