"I have been a customer for over 30 years. This has been my primary location for almost 15 years. The folks at the location are very nice, but the credit union itself continues to make poor decisions when it comes to customer service. They no longer offer used car loans unless you buy from a dealership. This location no longer offers teller services. Any cash transaction must be done through an ATM machine. They have changed their online banking to require many more clicks instead of making it more intuitive and user-friendly. They no longer honor Zelle. My family had numerous bank accounts cleaned out due to fraud and all four of us were required to go through different protocols to fix the same situation. Their response time to requests for assistance are ignored or the response takes weeks."
