"Would not recommend. The bankers refuse to help unless you have an appointment. The bank itself sends forms out to have the customer fill out for opening account online. If you don't bring all the forms mailed they refuse to take it because "we don't know why this was mailed and we don't what this form is for." Stick to small banks."
"I stopped by this location today, to ask a few questions regarding my mom's account. Recently, she has not had a positive customer experience. I sat with Mario (a banker that normally works out of a different location). He explained policies/procedures and helped me to understand that certain accounts can only be handled by a specific department, that can only be reached by a toll-free number. He was so pleasant to work with and confidently answered my questions. THANK YOU MARIO for taking a few minutes to help me this morning. Your kindness makes a difference!"
"We have been business customers of Wells Fargo since 2008. Yesterday my husband went into the Dripping Springs branch to get some documents for the business notarized. While he was waiting in line to make a deposit and ask, there was an employee just chatting the whole time to someone else in the back. When he got to the front, he was told that both employees who could notarize were busy for the entire day. We then had to go pay to have the documents notarized. A benefit of having our business banking at Wells Fargo is the notarizing which we actually have only used a few times. This was unacceptable customer service especially since this would have taken no more than 10 minutes."
"Today I went in to do a name change on my joint account with my husband (finally using married name). I brought in all of the documents and identification I could possibly need to make these changes, including my husband's debit card and husbands driver's license. I accidentally left the debit card at the branch and immediately went back in to get it. The teller who had received it was going to give it to me, and another teller intercepted and would not allow me to have my husbands card. I then asked to get the manager involved. The manager who had seen me with the card and helped me previously refused to give me back the card I had dropped. I consider this theft. He said only my husband could pick it up, even though I clearly walked in with the card and had permission from my husband to have it. He was highly unprofessional. I told him I would be happy to answer and password or account information and asked him to call my husband for verification (which is sufficient to make changes on our home loan, credit card payments or other transfers). He then made additional statements how the ATM machine is not liable for identification. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for over 12 years, have a home loan through them and this is how they treat me. I appreciate their effort to keep our accounts safe but this is unreasonable."
"Only good for quick, unimportant transactions. If you need to speak to someone about problems with an account that has unexplained services or the balances being wrong, then prepare to wait for hours. Our last visit would have required a 4 hour wait to speak with one of the actual bankers who can do anything regarding customer service. We left and called the service line instead. Wells Fargo wants everything to be moved online and by telephone call."
