"The 2nd time I've been in this HEB & they have some of the rudest employees...thier attitudes & the running of thier mouths are ready horrible"

"We have been using Curbside at this location for a while, but recently the quality has gone down hill. Within just ONE WEEK, they managed to give us the wrong order with multiple missing items TWICE, and of course, because the groceries were usually put in our trunk, we were not be able to find out about it until we got home. Very annoying, inconvenient and negates the whole purpose of doing curbside. Guys -- what's going on?"

"They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. Well, I must be insane, because I keep giving HEB Curbside chances to get my order correct, and not make mistakes. I have learned my lesson though after today. For a service that is supposed to be convenient, leaving items out of a customer's order, bringing them multiple bags with broken handles. Today, I have thrown in the towel. It's just not worth it. If anyone is considering using Curbside, my recommendation is that it's not worth the trouble, which is quite an ironic statement for something that should be convenient. Very disappointing."

"It's happened the last three times I've used this service. 1) There have been items completely missing from the order. 2) they've given us someone else's order and we've had to come back from home and return the wrong order and get the correct one. 3) when they remove and item it seems they make no effort, for example a can of kidney beans. Removed and no effort made to substitute. I know for a fact that there are dozens of choices. It puts out a lazy vibe and It seems like this place is run by a bunch of kids that dont know how to solve problems."
