H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery 2121 Farm to Market 2920, Spring, TX 77388

"Had to make 2 trips last week as my order was not checked before the put it in my cargo area and today order was not ready for my scheduled pickup time, had to cancel order and go inside and get the items I needed myself. Check your order before leaving the parking lot if you do curbside pickup if you don't want to make 2 trips."

"I spoke to the manager about being rejected with curbside help on last week. I spoke to two people male and female both white who rejected on giving me help on how to texting that i have arrived for pick up. First rejection is when i blowed my car horn white young man looked at me and kept walking . The second time a white young girl came out like she was off shift. I explain to her the problem i was having . She act as though she didnt know what i was talking about. She ask me my name , and went inside she never came back another white young man came out . I ask him was there away to text my message to received my grocery. He told me that was an issue he had no controll of, and that would come from someone way higher then him, he walk off never came back with my grocery . I finally received my grocery by a another person dont wanna say but the race was totally different. These three people need to be delt with . I will never come back to your store location ever again."

"HEB has some fantastic salads and anyting pretty much from their deli section. There sushi is made fresh daily and actually really good but a bit on the spicy side. now that they have self-checkout the lines really are not that long and my biggest complaint about this location is the sheer size of it. Would highly recommend this for grocery shopping rather than Walmart or Kroger's."

"I wish I was better with names, but I've had the same woman the past couple of pick ups and she has been so great! This week, she went back to get me fresher kale than what was originally in my order. Last week, she left the rotisserie chicken for last so she could make sure it stayed warm and fresh. AWESOME customer service!!"

"I just wanted to say that Anna was so sweet and she went beyond her duty for me. The driver for my home delivery lied and said he knocked on my door and that he call me and it was no answer. He lied no door to knock on and didn’t call me. I was so upset that I cancel my order and told Anna it was my first and last time using there’s home delivery service and would never used them again. She said let me delivery your groceries myself since you took the time to make your order. I was so touch by her kindness and I said yes if it could be within the hour because I had an Doctors appointment I needed to get to. She came within 30 minutes or less. Anna is an awesome person. Thanks Anna and I will used your home delivery service again because of you."
