"I recently had a fraud charge on my account, it's been an absolute nightmare getting a refund. After it was refunded, they claimed it wasn't fraud, then charged my account. If it's a charge I didn't make, then it's fraud. The fraud department kept saying "if they didn't provide the services that's different but we can't help with that now". I never said they didn't provide the services, that was just their nice way of saying they believe I made the charges and don't care what I have to say anymore. Time to find another credit union/bank."

"I struggled getting help and then when I did get help they seemed to be clueless as to the important questions I had regarding my auto loan. The guy I worked with was arrogant even though I have had several vehicles financed through them and had never missed a payment they treated me with very little respect..I would encourage people to seek alternative institutions."
