"Very unprofessional law firm. Called them a few times over a couple months to discuss my case and never got called back. Then they call me saying Mr. Lassen needs to speak to me and I’m like yeah I need to speak to him too. Why haven’t y’all returned my calls? They have no response to that. It’s ridiculous. Also twice he couldn’t show up to court. He couldn’t find a replacement so I was on court (Zoom) for like 3 hours waiting for it to be pushed back. The other time it was only 1 1/2 hours of waiting when he couldn’t show. They’re either really understaffed or don’t care about their clients. Not entirely sure. Don’t go to them"
