"FedEx never delivered my prescription medicine, something my pharmacist paid to have overnighted, and I’ve confirmed with my property management office that nothing was delivered. One of the customer service reps told me 4 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered to tell me “they found my package and it is being re routed to me”. The next day they said they have “proof” that it was delivered on time, so they will not do anything, and now I’m out 1 month of medicine that costs ~2k$ without insurance (insurance only covers 1 refill a month). I will be avoiding using FedEx for the rest of my LIFE after this."

"If you need a package overnighted with FedEx express, just go to an actual FedEx store. There are daily pickups at this onsite location but they are not reliable. I dropped off an important priority overnight package here and FedEx express failed to pick it up."

"I took a 1.5' x 1.5' x 3.5' box that weight under 20lbs in for drop off. The Walgreens employee, who apparently doesn't like dealing with FedEx items, immediately said they have size and weight limits for items they can accept at that location. I asked what they were, she asked her manager, and he responded with "Looks too big to me." I asked what the limits were and he just asked if it was heavy, I said "no, under 20lbs." Eventually, they reluctantly decided to accept it. The lady also turned away the person in front of me because she didn't like the box the customer chose to pack her item in. "Too colorful." She told the customer they'd had to go to the main FexEx site to ship that."
