"I took my 5 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. First off the lady who done the piercing seemed to be getting every agitated with my daughter because she was scared. Now I am having to call because my daughter hasn’t even had them in a week and the back holes are closing up ( yes with earring still in) and when I clean them 3 times a day my daughter is screaming in pain"

"The staff is friendly, it's a small bit nice area to bring your girls and feel like a kid. Maybe get a new bag, some cool clip on hair extensions or even get some nails. They've got all kinds of scrunchies and hair ties."

"We just took our 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced, and the employee was great with her. She took her time and explained what she was doing every step to make sure she was calm. She did a great job and we had no tears!"

"I never write reviews but found it necessary in this situation. I went in to get my 4 year old daughters ears pierced on Saturday. There were 3 girls behind the counter, one of which I believe was the manager on duty. It took me going to the desk to even get their attention - I told them why I was there and got a heavy eye roll, the woman who seemed to be in charge had a horrible attitude. She was more concerned about my son who I’ll admit was making a mess out of the stuffed animals however no sense of comfort for a 4 year old about to get her ears pierced, although I was picking up after my son and told her id take care of it. She seemed inconvenienced by us being there. After my daughters ears were pierced she looked at me very sternly almost accusatory “you are going to clean her ears twice a day, right?”... seemed like a very rude way to give directions in my opinion. Overall bad experience due to that individual. I won’t be returning to that particular store."
