"First off you can call and press 6 for front desk I highly recommend doing this 10 times daily if gives you a stress relief to harrass them verbaly as much as you feel they've taken advantage of you!!!! they took more money than the judge awarded them I dont know how that's legal I have the files and somehow they took more than the judgment absolute greed they are obviously rich law firm they made a decent wage why take more from people in debt trying to pay the honest debt I've created for myself"

"Too bad you can’t give zero or negative zero star ratings. I have heard about this company from other people and now I have been affected by them personally. How is what they are doing even legal?! My minor child has an account and because it is linked to my account this account has been garnished somehow. The bank said it’s a court order levy. This law firm preys on poor working class Americans. The level of greed and ethics is disgusting. How they sleep at night taking advantage of poor people is beyond my comprehension. You can even talk to a live person to get any information."

"They froze my account last month! I did receive a call back and they did send me my documents that I was served regarding a judgment for a debt with cc company so I assumed they were legit but now these fools froze my cash app account! I’ll be contacting a lawyer on Monday and closing down my bank account so they can no longer draft my payment. I panicked & didn’t do my research before agreeing to pay them. Something absolutely needs to be done about them."

"Fails to work with people expeditiously. I have spoken to people TWICE and Daisy Or Delilah or whatever her name is there in the office was supposed to email me copies of my documents for review. Both time I received nothing. What is this company trying to cover by not sending people copies but still taking money? They also couldn’t explain the over 700$ increase from the final judgment amount other than it’s fees for his firm. Nothing of such is noted in the court cost listed on public docket judgment. Go get a copy of your documents from the city, don’t trust what they say without evidence. I am shocked to see a business failing to contact consumers, then again them not calling us back only benefits them. Disgusting behavior from people who are intended to uphold the legal system. Meanwhile the owners are posted up in their 700,000 house without a care in the world. I hope they at least pay their employees well considering the absurd behavior they perpetuate."

"Froze my bank account, took my whole paycheck the next day. I’ve called and left voicemails for the past week. I’ve emailed them, went on their website to look for a case against me and nothing comes up. How are you going to freeze peoples accounts, leave them with absolutely nothing and then not allow them to rectify the situation? Honestly feels like a scam."
