"Dr. Brown embodies cutting edge knowledge, skills, and technology with a good old fashioned "bedside manner". His employees reflect his standard of excellence. You will probably have to wait a bit, but there is a reason why people choose to wait...it is worth the wait."
"Dr. Brown is a great doctor. I've had other retinologist but none as good as he. He is also very kind and gentle when giving my injection."
"We will not return. Completely unrealistic estimates for waiting times. We were told visit would take about 1.5 hours. Instead, 4.5 hrs! At least 4x, I asked how long. Each time I was told "there is 1 person ahead" or "15-20 minutes to wait" -- and 45 minutes later I’m told the same thing! One of your team told me the clinic was "more than double booked." WHY ARE YOU DOUBLE BOOKING? Patient has been going to Dr. Brown for a long-time patient and these 4-5 hour visits are the NORM. Patient is 83 - so what were ANNOYING long waits before are IMPOSSIBLE waits now! It boggles my mind that the clinic is so overbooked that there are not enough chairs for patients to sit. This is either very poor management or a decision to put revenue over care. We will find a retinologist with better time management & not chronically double-booked. I know Dr. Brown is superb but this is NOT only part of the patient care equation."
"My wife's first appointment went well. Dr. Brown was a nice gentlemen, and explained the diagnosis. A follow up was requested two weeks later, and that is where service went downhill. All tests were executed, but was cleared to leave and to expect a phone call. Two weeks go by, and still no call. My wife called them, told them the situation, and the response was the same, "Someone will call you back." It's been a month now, and still no call with the results of the tests. Not sure if this office is experiencing a lack of staff, or just plain dysfunction?"
"Dr. Brown is a very caring physician. I get really nervous about my eyesight since I've had two retina tears, which he repaired. He takes his time conducting a very thorough examination and has a very calming demeanor. Before COVID when I would have an appointment, I would have to wait a long time even though I had an appointment. But during my last two yearly visits, I've been seen promptly without much waiting. I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown for any retina issues."
