"I called in cause I was referred to them from the library as an option for cheaper printing options. The phone rang 6 times, and then someone answered. I told her what I was needing. She answered back, I don't have time to talk right now. 4 people are in line here. I was like ok. She could have said, yes, thank you happy to help. Let me put you on a brief hold, so I can better help you. I won't ever go here. Same bunch was trying to charge people fees for paying with debit or credit cards. They had to stop cauee they were told it was illegal."

"I always use this place to ship my items now. It's close, very, very convenient, the staff is helpful and nice, everything has always been made easy for me to ship stuff out. They even sell snakes, drinks, office supplies, and other neat trinkets inside like keychain knifes, those things that will float your keys if they are dropped in the water and more! This place is awesome for both shipping and staff!"

"The people behind the counter were super nice and very helpful. I had a laptop that I needed to have shipped and they were able to package it very securely and ship it for me. They helped me fill out the paperwork and I was able to get my package shipped very efficiently. While I was there they had very nice conversation with me and I appreciated how friendly they were. I would absolutely go here again for any shipping needs."

"I have been here before and the service was fine and the owner was pleasant. However, the last time I went an employee was helping me fax an item and we were waiting for the confirmation. As I waited I let another customer go ahead of me. When her transaction appeared to become a lengthy one I asked the clerk if she could check to see if the confirmation had come in. When I did that the owner, in a sort of scolding manner, asked the employee why she was helping me in front of another customer. I get that she may have not understood what was going on but I felt as though this was rude on her part. They are local which is great but this interaction now has me going into town for further business."
