"$400 for a phone call and a single document. Apparently Ben charges $400 monthly (be aware of this when you sign up - be sure to read the contract). When I noticed additional charges, I explained that I needed to not be charged monthly, and Ben suggested we move to an hourly/time-based payment method. I agreed. Then another charge went through for $400. When I reached out to address this, Ben “fired” me as a client. To be fair, he did send me my money back - but this “coach”, in all my dealings with corporate and divorce and injury lawyers, this “non-lawyer” felt the most deceitful and misleading. I wish I could change my review to reflect having actually worked with Ben, but unfortunately I only have the one phone call and the limited emails between us. Good luck!"
