"So . I read an ad where you are looking for drivers for Amazon and at the very bottom it says- NO FELONS.. Why? haven't they paid their debt? Do they not work as hard? Don't they derserve a chance? Why don't you say what you really mean instead of NO FELONIES.. because there is a reason why you won't hire one. That's the biggest problem for a individual being released from prison . companies like yours who wants to continue holding a man down for a mistake he made in life. we all make mistakes, some bigger then others. Then are some who have never been caught. Don't you know Companies like yoursare the #1 reason why 81% of people released from prison return with in the first year. you find tjat jard to believe right? Well , I'll break it down for you. . A guy made a mistake he goes to jail.. 2 or 3 years go by maybe more ,maybe less but it's time for this peeson to be released. He doesn't want to get in trouble again. He goes to live with his parents grandma sister whoever... His parole officer is harping on him the very next day. you gotta do tjis you gotta do that bit most importantly you need to be working. so he goes to business after business loo king for work . He's honest and tells every employer his situation and they all slam the door in his face. So what do you think he's gonna do? he lives at home. has no money cause no-one will hire him. so he goes back to his old ways and ends up right back in prison. You are missing out on a guy who givin the chance wpuld probably turn out to be your best employee cause you gavehim an opportunity. your looling at it all wrong. I was that guy.. but someone took a chance and 30 years later here I am sitting in my home tjats paid for writing this before I shower so i can meet up with my boss and ride Harley Davidson motorcycles all day. you need to lighten up on who you hire tjere are alot of good people out there who made a mistake."
