"Gabby was great and on top of things the whole way through the process!"

"Over the past year this location has failed to process 7 payments mailed to them. The failure to receive and process the payments resulted in having to pay over the phone to keep my account current. This also resulted in additional costs to myself to pay $245 in bank fees to void/cancel the payments that were mailed and never processed by this location. There are still 5 payments pending that my bank said to give more time before canceling. If they are not processed this will result in an additional $175 that I will have to pay out of pocket as a result of this locations in ability to receive and process payments in a timely manner. I have requested the manager call me over several times in the past few months. I have still yet to be contacted by the manager. I did not choose this location, but my account was switched to this location when the Pasadena location closed. I used the Pasadena location for close to 4 years prior and only had one issue during the COVID shutdowns. After my account was transferred to this location it has been nothing but problems and issues to get my payments received and processed. When my account is paid off I will no longer be using any Reginal Financial as result of the service I received from this specific location."

"I had taken out a loan a few months ago to fund a summer vacation trip with my kids before they went back to school. My account was set up on auto draft to withdraw my payment every month on the first. Last month on December 18th I received a call from this regional finance offering me to skip a payment for February and my next payment would not be required until March 1, 2024. Initially I just said no on the phone and passed on the offer. After thinking about it an hour or so I called back and spoke with Gabby the lady that had called me and told her I would go ahead and take the offer of skipping my February payment since I did have 3 kids birthdays in January and I could use it. She went ahead and told me she would pull my account up and get it taken care. Within 5 minutes she told me that I was all set and my next payment was scheduled for March 1, 2024. Fast forward to today I receive an email from Regional Finance telling me that my auto draft for my account was turned off for the February payment and if I did not make this change to call. I was actually glad that this email had came in because in my mind it showed that there was something in writing showing me that the skip a payment did in fact get processed. At 2:13 I received a voicemail from Sarah from Regional finance asking me to give her a call back. When I called back I asked for Sarah and she got on the phone asking me what I wanted to do about my payment that was due today? How I wanted to take care of it. I was completely confused. I explained that I had done the skip a payment last month and I should not have a payment until March 1st. She told me that I never did that and she’s looking at my account and there was no history of anyone making contact with me regarding what I’m saying. I then told her I had an email from this morning showing my auto draft was turned off for the February payment and she told me that I could of done that online (which I don’t even have an online account setup). I told her this must be a mistake but she kept insisting that I needed to make a payment since it was due today. I then told her that I would come down there because none of this made sense. After about 15 minutes I called and asked to speak to a manager which I was told was not available so I explained the entire story only this time with exact dates that I received a call from Regional finance and that I spoke with someone on the 18th of January about my offer of a skip a payment. After she looked up my account she said what probably happened was I didn’t get approved for the skip a payment and when they initiate a transaction to do a payment skip they turn off the auto draft automatically (which Is why I had the email) not that I did it myself like Sarah said I probably did. All this for nothing. What company calls a customer, offers them a skip a payment, tells them the skip a payment was good to find out none of it was true and still has to make the original payment? This is crazy. DONT make any changes to your account over the phone. They will lie later on"

"Don't waste you time with this place. Put in a application it took them two weeks to respond I kept calling them the person who had my file was out When I received a response from Sara I provided my stub along with other items for her to tell me she need 2 years tax returns. How Ironic! When I send a stub plus bank statement. This place a joke."

"Since I started with Regional Finance they have been very helpful. Staff are so friendly but professional. My credit was not as good like it use to be after my daughter passed I needed every cent to raise my 3 grandsons. Now I'm getting back on my feet & Regional has helped me."
