"While I’ve experienced decent customer service at this specific branch, the tele customer service team is horrible. They have the worse customer service agents I’ve met. I was on the phone with a member and was confused so I kept asking questions only to be told, well it’s either you make a payment or not it’s your credit report it will impact when I’m simply trying to gain information. I wish I had written down her name but she was extremely rude. Their fraud department is also terrible and needs to be updated especially with new access to online payments and use. This is the only bank I receive any issues with when it relates to fraudulent charges"

"It's a good credit union with a wonderful staff,,, but why bother to be open for 2 hours on Saturday. For some, it may be the only time to get there, for those who work 9 to 5. Who wants to plan half their weekend to a credit union which is only open for 2 hours. It ruins the weekend for whoever has to work there. I'm not a credit union manager, but I'll play one on this review. How about if you just add those two hours to the work week; half hour longer Mon - Thu (optional), and get off early on Fridays. All employees get the full weekend off to enjoy time with family and lots of relaxation."

"TDECU and their digital banking services are the absolute worst experience I’ve had in my 38 years of life on this planet. Completely and wholly incompetent and make getting to your money harder than rescuing American hostages in North Korea. I hate and despise this institution with a passion I’ve never felt for any other business I’ve worked with."

"Have tried several banks, and this is the only one that is willing to order coins for me! I am a coin collector, so finding half dollars can be difficult. The manager was very nice and assured me she can order them for me. Unfortunately they didn't come when they originally told me they would be there, but they were nice enough to call me before they even opened for the day to tell me which I greatly appreciated! They were able to get my coins the following week and I couldn't be happier! THANK YOU GUYS!"

"This bank has improved its customer service. A year ago I had a serious problem, I was leaving on 45 South, too much construction. I was stuck in traffic for around 45 minutes. It was so difficult get with them.I visited recently this bank and they took great care of me, all your staff. I congratulate all the staff! It is also the bank that lends you more money and gives you facilities to have a loan."
