No Zelle and no banking app They happily allow transactions to clear so they can charge $30 per overdraft when an account is overdrawn. In Stark contrast Citibank has eliminated overdraft fees for their customers as they feel it was predatory on low income families."

The drive thru is no more,, ask the employees when are they going to fix it,, they don't know and don't care,, it's just not working they say,, so I go in the lobby and it's empty except for 2 checkers and one of them is closed!!
