"My friends and I went into the store and I was gonna buy some wraps, the lady at the front counter didn’t notice or say anything to us until she saw I was gonna buy something. She then ask for everyone’s ID and I was the only one to have one. My friends who didn’t have an ID we’re gonna leave but then she told me I couldn’t buy because everyone else didn’t have their ID as well. She as piercings on her face with yellow and brown missing teeth. She got a some felonies for stealing and she has the nerve to to to act like that . MINJU WE ARE ALL BLACK ON BLACK HISTORY MONTH!!!"

"I was overcharged and was being friendly each time I called asking for a manager and everyone that answered was being really rude. I was overcharged $300 the manager the morning I was overcharged act like she was putting it back on my card and isn't on my card so I'm trying to call up there and every time I call they're being rude to me act like they don't know when the real manager is being in tell me man to calm down when all I'm trying to do is ask and I even said so I'm not being rude and the gentleman said man I got to get to these customers well I'm a customer too and $300 is a lot of money to me I don't know if it is to anybody else but $300 is a lot to me I live off of disability"

"Idk who owns this place now but I've been spending my money in this store for years . My wife and I have always enjoyed conversing w the people working and it's been great . Until my recent visit went longer live in cape and we still come in to spend our money . After buying cigs we had just lit a cigarette outside sitting on the corner when the lady working came out and vegan yelling loudly we were loitering she was talking the police when my wife explained we had just shopped the lady said yes well now go you're loitering and I'm going to call the police...she literally humiliated us so badly by the way she treated us we were at a loss for words . It ruined the day to say the least we will never enter the place again. I totally realize cape has some problems w homeless people and so forth but no one deserves to be talked to in this manner shamed and threatened w jail. We always loved this store but I can't believe the store has the same owners allowing this type of treatment to loyal customers. I'd rather pay more than to even risk my being exposed to that type of thing . Good luck people. Hoping she was just having a bad day but anyone who would do that needs to be fired. I'm outraged and disgusted ."

"This Place is GREAT!!! The STAFF is VERY, VERY,HELLA,SUPER FRIENDLY!!! The Cigarettes are Priced CHEAP!!! If you live in Illinois and BUY Cigarettes in Missouri, I would recommend Buying your Cigarettes here!!! They also have a VERY nice CIGAR Room with a lot of different Cigar's to choose from.."
