"This post office can’t seem to read an address correctly and deliver it to the correct address. 2nd time in less than 3 months they have delivered a package to wrong address and of course they are never open to get ahold of someone"
"Everything "says" they are open on Saturday from 9 to 11 but this seems to be inaccurate. I waited there that entire time hoping someone would show up. Customers came and went but office staff were nowhere to be seen. A mail carrier did show up and even called the folks who "should" have been there but that didn't help. I ended up going to the UPS store in Richmond. I sure hope whoever should have been working on the weekend isn't getting paid for work they didn't do."
"Post office sign on door and website hours says 8am to 12 pm and they're not open. They won't deliver packages and you can't pick up there. It's 9 am and still not open."
"Terrible experience, every time I go in to pick up a parcel that could not be delivered they always take a while as though they are not organized. Most recently, they told me to come back the next day even though it was supposed to be ready today."
