"Absolutely the best Orthopedic doctor. My mom and I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for over 10 years before he opened up his own practice, and will never go to anyone else. My mother and I have never experienced any bad experiences. He has performed 3 surgeries on my mom and 1 on me plus several injections. I love how the surgical incisions he has made on us are not very noticeable. Also he takes time explaining everything to his patients. Very little wait time but even if the wait time was long I'd wait. We need more caring physicians like him."

"This is not to bash anyone but to advice patients to take their own medical well being in their own hands because the medical field will fail you. My experience at this particular facility is just one of the most recent examples. From the very first moment of first visit, well it should have been a sign, I was overlooked in the waiting room for a couple of hours, then it was blame shifted back on me. The nurse seemed very scattered asking me the same question over and over and over, The doctor was very informative and friendly , but that’s the only good point. Everything from mix ups on prescriptions, to having to call for over a week and a half and never getting a live person or a call back, then them having wrong patient and wrong body parts are just some of the problems here. Patients beware."

"Great service and exceptional Doctor who cares. His Nurses are great too. In my opinion, having a caring medical team goes a long way and always remember by any patient. I’ve work in several hospitals with Doctors doing bed side nursing care. This Doctor David M. Gonzales is the best."

"I came here to this place to help with my wife on her appointment to help her out as a husband would, However when we got there. The receptionist was nice to my wife not to myself. Neither one of us. Had a mask. The receptionist told us my wife could have a mask, but I couldn't. And made me wait outside. And the receptionist was also rude as well. I even called to speak with a office manager they won't even answer. And I told the Receptionist i want to speak with a office manager and she never even got one for me to speak to"

"Had a wonderful first visit. Staff was courteous. Dr. Gonzalez was terrific. Surgery was scheduled for 2 weeks out after the Doctor returned from a seminar out of state. I received a call from the hospital saying that the insurance denied my surgery. They advised me to contact the doctors office. Staff explained that they had not recieved notice of cancelation but would forward it on to the doctor and office manager at their seminar and call me back. I called back the Friday before the Tuesday surgery and was told they had not recieved the letter but would cancel the upcoming surgery and call me back as soon as they could determine the issue. I explained that I received the letter as well as a call from my Insurance saying they needed a copy of the MRI and doctor notes from my visit. The insurance had documented that they had called the doctors office but after being told that the doctor would return the call the insurance did not receive a call back. I offered to provide my copy of the letter the office staff declined. I called back the Friday after the surgery asking for an update. Mind you the doctor felt that the best course of action was surgery and because the surgery was scheduled so quick I was not given steroids or pain reliever with the exception of over the counter. Staff stated that they would look into the issue and call me back. Last call I made was 9/13. I've since gone to Dr Josh Bell. He was wonderful. Scheduled my surgery for December due to scheduling conflicts on my part. DR. Bells PA removed 5cc of fluid from my knee and gave me a steroid shot and I'm back to walking like a 59 year old :)."
