"This place is very dysfunctional. I went there 3 times during a 4 month period, there was new staff each time. Each visit felt like the first with filling out the same paperwork. The doctor was reasonably nice and seemed competent, but far from excellent. The billing for minor procedurs seemed random, over priced and was not explained in advance. At the end of it all, I just paid and wanted to be done with it. 15 months later, they send me a bill claiming my insurance did not cover a co-pay and not showing the amount I paid, which was way more than they claimed. I called to inquire about it. The receptionist, who souned like she might have been dealing with complaints all day, was rude and said someone would get back to me via email. My guess is that won't happen."

"He ripped me off payed more then 6,000 for laser and different stuff my face was worse after he did the laser and said he could fix it for another 3,000"

"Had my appointment at 9:00am and it’s 10:00am and he is BARELY reading my results. That’s something you do before the patient gets there to have the appointment ON TIME, he still hasn’t even showed up it’s ridiculous. People have things to do."

"I'm not happy, try to get my 60 units Dysport bought from Groupon,but the doctor said,,,you need 240units of Dysport. I agreed to another 60 units who cost me 2x as much as the groupon because he wouldn't let me buy a nother croupon. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. Please ppl be aware ,he talk you into buying more. I'm 74 and on a budget."
