"Driver always put the packages in front of the garage, in a blind spot where I could easily back over them. He reports that he put the packages on the front porch. I have sent complaints but it hasn’t helped. I have tried to speak with someone at the hub, but get overseas customer service Tracking number 728010808094"

"Where is my package this time? Marked as delivered but it wasnt even delivered. We were home all day, nothing was dropped off at the front door! Every time our packages get assigned/routed to Fedex Schertz, it has ALWAYS been a headache. From "wrong address" to delayed deliveries (3-4days), to being tagged as delivered when it's not. Im not sure whats wrong with this warehouse location and the drivers, but this isn't funny. We pay for the items purchased and the delivery costs! Fix your service!"

"I don’t know how hard it is to deliver my packages to the correct address. FedEx has never delivered my packages to me, rather a similar address across town despite my indicating so in the special notes. FedEx just doesn’t care. Luckily for Facebook I’ve been able to locate them via a local group. Considering the other reviews, management should be taking a closer look at these consistent issues."

"Fed Ex sucks!!!!!!!!!! Anytime they deliver to our apartment, they are too lazy to bring the package to our building. We have a room with package lockers for them to access but instead of putting them into the locker they just set them outside of the locker out in the open for anything be to grab. So this is the 3rd time a package valued more than $75 has been stolen because anyone can take it and it’s not suspicious because they are left in the locker room but not actually placed into assigned lockers for residents. Fed Ex does not help the customer they just tell you “Well it says delivered so it was delivered and contact the business you purchased from so they can fix it” Fed Ex has lazy incompetent delivery drivers. I mean they just were dealing with a driver that brutally killed a little girl due to how incompetent the driver they hired was. They still do nothing to better the company. The drivers are “sub-contractors” and not REAL EMPLOYEES like how UPS does it. UPS always does a way better job than you guys. You suck and are lazy and have no care or regard for paying customers."

"I have packages delivered all the time. Fed ex keeps placing the package at the front of my steps, where every single person that is on the street can see it (photo from street view, $500 worth of equipment in plain sight ). My front door is ten feet away, it would take an extra 2 seconds to place it there and would be much more difficult for a passer by to notice it. I placed a 2ft x 3ft sign that reads in giant letters " fed ex place package all the way to the door". I have a video camera, I have witnessed every single driver place the package right next to the sign at the edge of my stairs. I have called fed ex 4 times now regarding this as the lazy driver does this every time. Getting the same response, it won't happen again. This is a service I pay for and pay quite a bit. This isn't a courtesy delivery. I wouldn't use fed ex at all, unfortunately the company that sends packages uses them. You're a horrible company and I can promise you I will never ever personally send anything using fed ex ever."
