"I have been going to Dr A for about two years and I have done over of the PT that was recommended by him. Some small rotator cuff tears sometimes repair them selfs. My didn’t because of a bone spur. Well he found something else when he went in to fix it my tricep was torn. So he fixed that up too. I can absolutely recommend him and have talked to several other people who know him and have said he does good work. He also explained my injury to me in detail and all of the X rays and MRI I had even the pre opp that wanted me to do was explained and I kept in touch with the office and had no problems whatsoever. You go to the primary care doctor or set it up through the hospital you’re going to."

"Ashley, Courtney and of course Dr Abdulfattah are awesome!!! I consider myself to be a tough guy however when it comes to having surgery, we’ll just say “I’m not so tough” however Dr A and everyone here are extremely caring and courteous. When I first went into the office I was in extreme pain and I wasn’t the nicest person to be around. I was impatient and rude however their professionalism did not change one bit. When I apologized for my behavior they related to me and told me that they would probably be the same way if they were in as much pain as I was. Their professionalism is unmatched. Ashley made sure I was able to get my surgery done, was very flexible and was always courteous. Courtney always had answers when I had questions and the few times she didn’t know she found out and called me back in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Dr A and his staff to anyone that needs to have orthopaedic surgery."

"Incompetent staff (aside from my X-ray tech) Dr A doesn’t take the time to explain your injury or concern to you even after asking questions all he wanted to do was give me a shot and send me on my way. They were attempting to fax my FMLA paperwork to a landline I had to call and tell them where to find the fax number (mind you it’s on every page at the bottom and is clearly marked FAX!) By far the worse experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and his staff"

"Initial visit went well, however, my second interaction was very poor. I had requested a copy of x-rays on a CD and set an appointment days later to pick them up. The appointment date and time came and I was there but no CD. I drove over 30 minutes to attend the appointment and was not delivered the service requested/guaranteed. I was told that I would have to wait another 30 min or more for the employee to arrive to make the disc (apparently no one else in the office has either access or the knowledge to burn a simple disc). If I had missed the appointment or any other, I would have been charged but I spent time, effort and money to make the appointment and it’s pretty much “Oh Well”. There are far too many Orthopedic surgeons in San Antonio to be handled this way therefore I will NOT be returning!"
