"I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person about to write a negative review. In fact, the service was so bad I planned to specifically write this review today. I don't use this pack & mail location often and now I remember why. Its true, its a mom and pop shop and I try to support all local Bedford businesses so I've kept returning over the years. This mom and pop shop would be great if Pop wasn't so RUDE! I used to think it was a language barrier but I've realized over the years its not. He can speak and understand English perfectly well. He's lazy and he hates people.......bad combination when you own the business. I noticed the other day he has his daughter there now.....THANK HEAVENS. Someone needs to get this guy out from behind the counter. Honestly, the wife isn't any better. I went in yesterday to return some packages and he all but threw the clear packing slips at me and promptly turned and started being rude to someone else, although it looks like he actually provided some type of assistance to that customer. There is just no reason for this guys bad attitude. Someone should relay to him that if he hates it there so much, go work for somebody, let your daughter take over...something! I've been disgusted with this guy and his wife for the last 10 years and now I've finally decided I'll take my business over to an actual UPS store over on Central Dr. just so I never have to go in this store again!"
