"Terrible customer service on the lady who handles the Passport process. Zero help, and seemed bothered that she actually had to do her job. Wouldn’t even provide blank copies of the passport forms. Went to Castroville Post Office and had a much better experience."

"I drove my family from Helotes to Lytle to get passports since the San Antonio locations could not accommodate us. We have never been through the process before and made many mistakes, including how we took our photos. The staff at the Lytle post office was kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable regarding the process and assisted us through it all. It’s not always the case that people are so helpful. I want to thank the two women who assisted us yesterday from the bottom of my heart. I think one was named Lacey and I don’t remember the other’s name but I hope they know they’re appreciated."

"Poor customer service at the front desk. Got a little attitude from the 2 ladies working the front for no reason. One let out a loud sigh while helping me, as if i were an inconvenience because of an accident with the address. Kept my composure and said thank you and left without my package."
