"Moving with Bexar was terrible!! I’d give them zero stars if it were an option. The damage done to our possessions was totally unnecessary and they never actually finished the job—we had to rent a trailer and finish ourselves. Sal said he’d refund us $400, but we’ve never seen a dime. If you care about your items and wish to have your job actually completed, look elsewhere!! And now after posting this factual review a year after our move, during which time I was hoping Sal would honor his word about refunding some of our money because he didn’t complete the job, Sal finally responded to me. He was upset by my poor (and factual) review and is now blocking my texts."

He and his team were responsive, respectful, and kind. They came on the days promised, put down floor protection at both ends of the trip, answered all our questions, were flexible when we ended up having to store things for 30 days, and just generally easy to work with.
