"It took less than three weeks from my initial call to have a physical copy of the evaluation in my mailbox. I couldn't be happier with this service. They answered all my questions over the phone, and the personnel was amicable and helpful. One detail that i consider is the most important in the modern world: So I've asked them if I should buy some advanced evaluation options, and instead of " yes, sure you might need this document in future" and charging me more, they replied with a friendly and fair answer: we will keep your documents in our files, so if you need this additional papers we will make them, but for now it doesn't sound like you need it. This is the best indication that they care about my needs, not their profits. It is hard to find these days."

"I wasted my time and money with this company. I do not recommend this company at all. These are my reasons: *Terrible customer service: Their phone is NEVER answered, all they have is a recording to redirect customers to write an email. that wouldn't be a problem if at least their staff's answers were consistent but the information and guidance they provide to new costumers it is NOT. *Each time you email them a new member of their staff replies with apparently no clue of what the previous rep told you, either their reps were not trained properly or they just do not care about the costumer's concerns. Before doing business and expending more than 400 dollars I contacted them by email, I followed the instructions their staff provided me and paid even for Rush service, an extra copy and overnight mail service for both the original and the copy to later realized they had committed a mistake; they did not even apologize or try to correct their mistake, instead I was blamed for it. to sum up they gave wrong information and when I contacted them about it, the Husband of the owner was quite disrespectful to me, I asked several times to talk to the manager they just ignored me. At the end of the day I had to pay more money to have them correct it and only received 2 copies instead of the 3 I had paid for, without mentioning that I had paid 2 day rush service and for their mistake they took one week more to send the correction. I am still missing a copy I paid for and they won't care about that, but their service fees... those you have to pay upfront and Remember they won't refund your money no matter what."
