"Terrible location. I was treated horribly here. I have never been so embarrassed as I just was. I feel I was discriminated against. I was laughed at and refused service by 3 of the nastiest women I've ever encountered. This was unacceptable to say the least and I hope their behavior and treatment of customers with or without accounts is addressed immediately. I am in total disbelief that this is the standard of a bank called "Prosperity. ""

Tyresha Smith made the challenging process very easy with great communication and always excellent customer service. The other ladies that work at the counter and drive thru also always provide excellent service. We're glad we chose to move our accounts to this bank."

"Wow! The reviews are brutal on here. I can't speak for the representatives inside, as I have never been inside. But the ladies through the drive thru have always been very polite and efficient. I have always thought of this location as a good one. Even before I lived on this side of town I would always go through this drive thru as it was close to work and where family lives. I will make sure I don't go inside and stick to the drive thru. Thank you ladies on drive thru"

"Wonderful people, friendly folk! Short lines, no mortgage lending thus very stable. Biggest drawback is the drive-thru ATM. Excessive downtime, but even when it is up, it sometimes won't even read brand new cards.I've had to put the card in 3 or 4 times to get it to read. Also it turns off after you check your balance and one has to reinsert one's card and PIN again to start a transaction. Aggravating and inefficient due to poor programming!"
