"Don't go anywhere near this branch, the manager is awful, she treats customers with no respect and I found her yelling at a lady who was worried because her deposit wasn't showing up. The lady was just trying to ask questions but the way they treated her, I was just disgusted"
"Have never had a bad experience at this bank. Have been able to walk in and go to an actual person at the counter not an ATM machine. In and out in less then 3 minutes. Very friendly and professional help with what I need"
"Upper management please offer your personnel at this location better customer service training. The main concern with the male employee was to do nothing for an 84 year female customer attempting to open an account on a Friday afternoon. The male employee only advised the 84 year old female to open her account by using the website and complete bank transfers by using the website. Female walked out with her cashiers check and cash in hand, drove over to Bank of Texas, where she was assisted with opening an account and CD."
"10-27-23 update: bank alarm just keeps on going off several times a week it seems. As a nearby neighbor it is annoying they still haven’t found a workaround to stay on top of this. I don’t see this happening with Chase, just a few blocks down. 10-9-23 update: third time this morning their leaf blower guys are working before 6am. That’s the third time since mid August 2023, when I was promised the issue was resolved. Still no response from the manager to either of my emails. Original review: I’ve been struggling since 2021 as the neighbor from across the street to have this bank address two issues: (1) them using industrial leaf blowers at 5 or 6 am to do yardwork during sleep hours, and (2) their alarm going off at any hour and taking ages to be serviced and reset. After Cinco Ranch (through Inframark) dealt with them legally, I was finally seen by the branch manager, Ms Shirley Asmore-Hardin. This was a good time after I first asked personally at the bank to be contacted by her, but interestingly enough not until I posted a negative review here and visited the branch again. The first time I showed up at their door a couple of years back, let’s just assume there was some communication breakdown because I was politely assured the message never reached the manager. The second time, in August this year, the bank greeter initially stated the manager was busy and couldn’t see me because she was in a meeting (which she was) but it was not until I explained out loud I was a neighbor who was not being heard that they actually checked with her inside. She eventually came to meet me and was very nice and polite but said she knew nome of this was going on—only that the company had heard of Inframark. But within a day I was reassured the yard guys had been identified and had the contractor had been instructed not to work with the leaf blowers outside of business hours. Now, just a month and a half has gone by and today, within the very same day, September 29 2023, the leaf blower guy was out again before 6am, AND the bank alarm went off again. This is the second time in 90 days both these things have happened. Let’s just assume the alarm was something beyond their control. The leaf blower though is inexcusable. I sent an email this morning and haven’t heard back. No one picked up the cellphone. I couldn’t text that number or leave a voicemail. Someone at the bank needs to take more definitive steps. I trust you kept my contact info but you have lost my trust. This review is staying up until I get some permanent solutions."
"Although Capital one has consolidated locations and at times are understaffed, I have faithfully stayed with them. However, my most recent experience with an atm failure while making a significant cash deposit may cause me to close my accounts and opt for a more responsive organization. The atm took my cash then appeared to glitch and return my card without acknowledging the large sum of money I placed into the machine. I called the customer service line and tried for over 30 minutes to get someone to do anything to help resolve my situation. The lady on the line apparently was reading from a script. She got lost several times and asked me over and over for the same account, ID and amount of deposit information. After 30 minutes, she states she cannot help and she was transferring me to the dispute or claims department. Once with the claims department, they proceeded to spout disclaimers stating the dispute could take 45 days to resolve. This is highly unacceptable. The next morning I went to the branch where they stated they cannot help because they don't service the outside atm. However, the staff did escalate to the market manager on call. The market manager was kind enough to meet me. She tried to get the issue escalated but was unsuccessful. She could only raise my issue to a tier 2 that still has me waiting. This whole process is frustrating. I am without access to the cash I gave them to pay my bills that accrue interest daily. I hope capital one will compensate me for the additional fees and penalties caused by their equipment malfunction. We will see... I will post a follow up review on the resolution..if I ever get one Update: I appreciate the response from Capital One. Since my review yesterday, I have been given temporary credit for my missing deposit. I am pleased about that gesture, but this still does not close the concern. Capital one still needs to promptly audit the faulty atm to permanently recognize my deposit. I should not have to have continued anxiety for this pending investigation which they still say could take 45 days. It shouldn’t take 45 or even 10 days to reconcile cash loaded in a single atm. I will give additional feedback once this concern is officially resolved."
