"I was looking for a bank in Waller since Wells Fargo branch closed. I went to Prosperity Bank in Waller to see if they had a notary for some insurance papers, as well as ask about opening up an account. With that being said, based on the actions and negitive aggressiveness of Ms. Parker they will never ever get my money or my businesses money. They didn't even ask if I was interested in opening an account...It was just "No" and "No" again if you are not a customer of ours currently I left puzzled and out of sorts based on being turned away. Just for asking if there was a notary. After gathering myself I went back in to ask Ms.Parker If there is any way she would reconsider and again I was told "No".... nothing like are you interested in opening an account or something to that nature, but nothing. Definitely consider your options prior to choosing a bank."
