"I have been a member for over 10 years. My husband paid $15 to have a letter delivered via certified mail, and it was never delivered. Garrick A. Farria of counsel told him that the address was incorrect, and to come up to the office and pick the letter up and deliver it himself. What was the purpose of paying $15 if we were going to deliver it ourselves?!?! This is the worst experience that I've ever encountered with Ross & Matthews. They are LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be cancelling my services with them."
