"Yesterday I went to cash a one time check and the employee asked for the top portion of stub check. Which happened to be the W2 part from my one time check. Manager Anna was side tracked with another customer having a very personal and inappropriate conversation. I was there for a good while and it was time to pick up my kids from school. I noticed today they forgot to give me back the top portion/W2 part back. However when I called the manager said they didn't have it and it probably got put into a shredder. How incompetent can you be to get rid of important documentation that the employee failed to return? I could understand if it's been there for weeks and months but it was just yesterday. They definitely need more customer service training and how to be more professional. Don't go to this location!!"
