"Go elsewhere!! Save your money!! I used this service back in 2018 to buy my first house, they were great, told me exactly what I needed to do, communication was top notch. So I was so excited to use them again. This time around has been an absolute nightmare and ultimately I’ve been ghosted. I reached out to them back in beginning of the year, they offered a payment plan every 2 weeks. I got paid Thursdays. But EVERY OTHER Tuesday they were like collections, calling me, texting me emailing. And EVERY OTHER TUESDAY I had to tell them that I already told them I get paid Thursdays. This went on for 8 weeks. After payment was done, I didn’t hear from them for a while. Someone finally reached out asking for ALL my info and documents again. Even though I already sent it. They said that the person who originally took my stuff is no longer with the company so they don’t have it anymore. A few weeks later, I’m assigned someone else. She then tells me I need to pay for a $30 monthly service… this was not disclosed at the beginning. I told them I couldn’t do that at the time as I had just started working again. She said she was going to send out the first round. And I haven’t heard from them since. This was in August. No directions on what to do, nothing. I reached out asking for an update and what I need to do. I haven’t heard anything. Save your money, take it elsewhere. This was an extremely disappointing and expensive experience"
