"Do not use this place. They are under new management, I tried to change my card on file through the website and I had to call the new owners cause they took the rights from the ppl at the office. They would auto withdrawal the day the payment was due or the next day, but didn't do that nor reached out to me they no longer do that and charged me $20-25 fee for being late. It showed on the account and card I had on file that I was trying to change, they charged me the same amount on both my card and withdrawal from my account even though they told me the previous month they didn't do that anymore. No I didn't get my money back, they said it was a payment missing that wasn't even when I gave them the dates of every payment made. If you do use them, make payments with a rechargeable card to prevent them from taking excessive amounts."

"Fee percentages are posted on the wall but you need to make sure your customer knows and agrees on the $ amount you charge before you proceed with the transaction. They also stamped my check prior to the completion of transaction, therefore I could not take it elsewhere so I was left with the choice to pay their fee or be further inconvenienced by waiting on my company to send me a new check. Very disappointing experience, I will not be back."

But with Mrs. Raquel and Mrs. Bridget's help they manage to work with me and provided with the help of their manager to override it and got me approved so I can pay my bills and especially my phone bill they have 100% great and professional customer service and very patient was never rude or anything i give them more than a 5star i would give them 100stars!!"
