"We loved all the music and the atmosphere was cool. The hostess got us seated early and went out of his way to seat us. The workers were nice and friendly and seemed to love working there."
"Our experience was wonderful. It was our first time here and we came on a whim. Chelsea was patient with our party , (lots of little kids trying to order) . She made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed and nostalgic. The food is simple but oh so good! I’d almost compare the cheeseburger to an in and out burger. I wasn’t even hungry anymore and contemplated ordering a second one. The prices are also fair. Nothing seems inflated. Overall it was a great experience. My kids watched the Ferris wheel, enjoyed this ridiculous milkshake, and had a good time."
"Pretty venue with vibrant colors and old timey charm. Food is okay, not bad, but also not something I would travel to get. Classic diner style burgers but are not as good as the other chains. Chili was pretty good though. Service was fine, a little lacking in attention, but not overly bad. Friendly. Parking at Union Station is a bit of a racket. You should be able to get a spot, but it's more expensive than it should be."
"The food was amazing! We had a single and double cheeseburger with fries and did not disappoint. The only thing I would suggest is removing the peppercini from the double cheeseburgers basket...not good. The prices for food are decent, but ice cream seemed a little overpriced. We came at a slow time, and there were a lot of empty tables. However, it took a while for a server to greet us. Just didn't seem like a welcoming atmosphere, so we didn't stay for dessert. Don't know if I would recommend it or not, kind of on the fence."
"This is a good ending to a long day at Union Station. $53 after tip for 5 of us to get some ice cream. The place is really cute inside and they are pretty fast when the ice cream is ready. Our only compliant is that as with most places today we were only able to get 3 of 5 orders correct. Mine had peanuts instead of peanut butter. So about ten minutes later they brought me some peanut butter. You know after the ice cream was basically melted. The other person ordered pecans but got peanuts. When we told them it was basically an oh sorry about that. So Three stars out of 5 since they could only nail 3 orders of 5 correct."
