"I was sold a vape that has a burnt taste and no flavor it's not hitting properly I just bought it last night not even 24 hours later and they will not let me return because I was supposed to test it in the store? I will not be returning you sold me a faulty product and will not reimburse me or allow for an exchange. Thanks for stealing my money and selling me a bad product. I'm also a new customer and was NEVER told about this policy. Although they said they have signs up, I'm not there reading your signs. I'm there for good quality products as well as good customer service which SHOULD include informing new customers of said policy!"
