"I spent 45 minutes getting "pre-qualified" for a RSV study and after several months was called again after another 45 months on the phone they called and set up an appointment. I drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment. Then after 2 hours of filling out paperwork and supplying medical recordI ended up not qualifying, and after three hours and a gallon or two of gas was told there was no compensation for my time. I did receive a small bad of peanuts. So that how much they value your time over three hours will get you a bag of peanuts. The staffer said " enjoy your snack as he was showing me out the door. Call today to let them know I did not feel respected all all during the pre-pre screening. And was told I signed form that told me my three hours of time was worthless to them. So I would warn anyone who values their time find a different company,iv worked wit. Enter at your own risk.h many companies that do"

"This place is crooked ,I am filing lawsuit for racial discrimination against them. I cannot recommend anyone do a study here just because I showed a photo my fiancee they ban me cause she is minority and am white ,woman there hates me so unless we settle this out court am filing discrimination charge and lawsuit against them ,because they are lowdown and a corrupt bunch of people that are evil and wicked to discriminate over race . I don't recommend anyone of color or white to go to.this place staff is very bad people and like start problems with patients."

"Staff is nice, but operation is remarkably slack. Once left me sitting for almost an hour before they released me. Another time I drove through morning traffic to make an 8:30AM appointment and though I was the first patient there, I sat 20 mins. Before being seen. Most of staff showed up after I did."
