"I’ll start by saying that I’m 26 and very good shape but my hair has always been the feature I was most self conscious of and was unable to fix. I decided to just quit waiting and go for it, and I don’t regret it all. Overall HRI made the experience extremely enjoyable and straightforward. I shopped around a bit but ultimately the team here made me feel like more than just a number. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable especially given the personalization they bring to the process. The initial consultation, Taylor authentically listened to my goals and also provided recommendations of his own which I appreciated. Took some microscopic type pictures of my hair to show me where I was right now and where I could expect to lose more hair in the near/long term. It’s actually crazy what that extra detail shows you —- this helped plan not only the immediate fix I asked for on my hairline but also fill in some soon coming trouble spots. The procedure itself was done by great staff, their names slip my mind but they gave me breaks as needed. It was painless and I ended up taking a nap and watched some movies throughout and it was over before I knew it…. They also were willing to work with me on not shaving my entire head unlike other places, even if it meant more work for them during the procedure. Post-op, it’s been great. The healing process isn’t bad at all and if I have any questions, Taylor is quick to respond. They also offer some complimentary red light sessions to help the process. They provided me with their own custom shampoo and I opted for the DNA test for genetic specific hair regrowth medicines/supplements. Probably one of the most important things to me is that unlike other locations, at no point did I feel like I was being upsold or even sold anything at all. They were simply there to listen, advise, and help me meet my goals. Will follow up this review in 6-10 months once the results are fully fledged but as of now, I’m extremely happy with my decision. I would 100% recommend HRI to anyone, even if you’re on the fence about it, the free consultation will give you the information you need to make a decision either way you choose to go.
