"I gave this place the benefit of a doubt AFTER READING THE REVIEWS WHICH WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! THE ASTOMPHERE WAS SO UN-*INVITING BUT I STILL PROCEEDED TO GIVE IT A TRY BECAUSE I WAS IN A DESPERATE SITUATION. THE CHUNKY LADY WITH GLASSES TOLD ME TO SIT UP STRAIGHT AND LEAN FORWARD AS SHE SAT IN FRONT OF ME WHICH IS THE MOST AWKWARD POSITION EVER TO GET YOUR LASHES APPLIED..I'm usually laying down or tilted back in a reclining chair..the whole entire time she made me so uncomfortable telln me dont squint* as my eyes were watering..dont blink which is a natural cause..then tells me lean forward dont move..then she hands me a peice of gauze and gave me the rudest look as if she frustrated at me!! Let me get a refund..I most definitely can get slayed elsewhere!!* AND DID! BAD BUISNESS!! DONT GO UNLESS U DESEPRATE AND HVE NO ALTERNATIVES"

"I been coming for years and Lisa or whoever the lady is with the glasses, pony tail, and CHUBBY ! Her Attitude never changed , and it is disgusting ! I had enough and gave her a peace of my mind finally . No one EVER should have to sit for a service they paid for and hear anyone huffing and puffing etc because they hate their job and then blame you because of it . I’m so glad I spoke my mind because I have witnessed her attitude to EVERYONE and I had enough. Y’all need to get rid of her before she meets her right match !"

"I said I was not going to do this!! I have to say that I was very disappointed about my experience that I had over this weekend. I was so happy that the store was able to open and the staff could have their jobs back! I am always very happy to patronize this store. I went there this past Saturday to have my eyebrows done. I simply asked if I could have a little extra glue so that my lashes would last. The lady "Cola" said in a very aggressive and rude tone "we don't do that anymore." She told me that she did not need me to tell her how to do her job!! She continued to be frustrated and I discontinued my service!! I was given my money back! I could not believe the level of disrespect that I received at the store!! I am a good customer!! I had nothing but positive things to say on my last review"
