"Good lawyer honest down to earth. Very helpful!"
"I'd give them a 0 if I could. Not helpful at all, do not return calls, and they are never in the office. I would go elsewhere! Needless to say not a happy client."
"Davis is completely unethical. I'd give no stars if I could. Davis did my parents will in 2002. As of this past yr both my parents have dementia. A letter, w a copy of Drs statement, notifying Davis that parents are not of sound mind and cannot make decisions or changes to their wills, trust, etc, without notification and consent by the current POA. Davis changed their wills upon a 3rd party request. He literally went to their house (because they are too ill to go to office) wrote new wills etc, accepted their signature, ANYWAY!! His reason: Well they seemed lucid that morning. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! He has documentation of their dementia and did it anyway without contacting the current POA?!! He had no problem taking that money. It costs every time you make a change to a legal document so he forged right ahead and allowed dementia patients to sign legal documents at the request of a 3rd party so he could collect. Unethical POS."
"I went with a friend to this business organization. My friend was going to pick up a very important affidavit that she had dropped off several weeks back to register an auto given to her. She went to pick up the affidavit one week before to see if the action was complete, and Davis told her he was busy but would mail it to her. After a week, my friend asked me if I could accompany her. I did and Davis said he couldn't find the document and couldn't even remember receiving the document. My friend described the affidavit because it was on a yellow page. How can someone lose a very important document? Unless there may be some unethical practice going on."
"If I could do a negative star I would. This firm did MPOA and DPOA, wills and trusts for my parents 10 years ago, and now they are worthless! We have had to have everything redone because no one will accept them! The banks, Medicaid, no one! The documents themselves look like a 4th grader did them. No, I think a 4th grader could have done better! It is costing my parents more to correct the sloppy work done."
