"Never again. 3 days was enough to never go back. I understand it was her first time but when incidents would happen I was not notified. I always had to ask if she ate, if she slept, what happened throughout her day. When I would pick her up it was as if they were in such a hurry for me to take her. I needed & had the right to know what happened throughout her day & when spoke to someone on the phone they said I was supposed to be given a incident report with what happened but I NEVER received anything. Also, didn’t the daycare have all of my child’s information? Such as birth certificate? Yet her name was still spelled wrong on her pictures. Nothing was good."
