"Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot reach a live breathing person for at least 30 mins. Well unless you want to take a loan then they pick right up. I've had it with you and plan to move all my business elsewhere."

"I believe this location in DeSoto, Texas for Credit Union of Texas has the worst customer service. Being greeted with a frown shows negative mentality from the onset. I have had to come into this location 5 different times to resolve transaction disputes. The issue was clearly not taken care of. I believe the staff needs training or perhaps should find different career paths. Mia was one of the people who indicated she resolved my issue. When I went back into the bank to see why the issue had not been resolved in 2 weeks- I founded out that she had not taken care of the transaction that she said I would see posted on my account the same day. It wasn’t. I had to come back in. Aaron assisted me and took care of the issue."
