"I've been trying to get my email corrected so that I can access my account online (after password resets/new account set up tries). I went in person to a location without success. They could not help me. I just spent the whole day conversing with tech support(their online contact) via email. Tech support just told me to visit a location (I had informed that going in person to a location was of no help!) or call a 800 number. I don't hold out much hope for the number especially after visiting in person. Very frustrated! Update: Went to location again where I was assured email was corrected. I still could not access online information. I called the phone line just now to try to fix again, and a completely different email was in place. Heads up : be prepare for passive aggressive/condescending service on the phone. Updating or correcting an email takes 3-5 days, or so I was promised by the phone representative."
