Reviews
"Great service! The guy on the front desk is very professional, kind and knowledgeable of the job. Way to go!"
"They were open on New Year’s Eve longer than expected and the site was clean. The service was good . She was fast, courteous, and helpful."
"The lady at the front with the colored hair is rude and lazy. They didn't want to release my package from Amazon because in their words "if they opened the pallette, they would have to finish the whole thing" so what they are essentially saying is we don't want to do our job right now. If you've experienced your packages being placed in the wrong mail slots, I'd place blame on that disgruntled employee in the front! The post master seemed to be the only one there with SOME sense of logic. With package theft on the rise, keep your tracking info ready. Having your package in the building but not wanting to release it in combination with a disgruntled employee is a good way you may never see your package. Ill gladly change my review when I see the post office no longer employs rude personnel."
"They constantly refuse to deliver packages if they don’t fit in your mailbox. Won’t get out of the vehicle to put them on your front porch. They just take them back to the post office so you have to retrieve them there. Yes,they’re busy because of COVID but it takes less than 1 minute to put a package that’s too big for the mailbox on a front porch."
"Hooterville. They need to celebrate "Old Mail Day", you know, when everyone gets together each year to get back the mail that has been lost somewhere since last year. Incompetent management."
