"Went to Midlothian branch today for husband to open a savings account. They only had 1 person helping with accounts. Waited so long to get taken care of. Usually go to Mansfield branch on Country Club has so many more to help. If we didn't have to wait for about an hour in Midlothian it wouldn't be so bad. On the positive side, I Love Texas Trust. People are always friendly and always takes care of my needs a timely fashion. I won't leave them.❤️"

The poor customer service has made even routine banking tasks frustrating and time-consuming. It's an unfortunate situation that has led me to seriously reconsider my banking options."
