"I helped a friend receive a loan from the Lewisville location and she was met by Alyssa Barragan. We waited 45min first for her to return from lunch before we were able to be helped. A sign was posted on the door said she'd be back in 30min. Upon her return we waited an additional hour and a half for her to help someone refinance. Alyssa had trouble even taking copies of a check stub. A phone call to her manager was a part of every process. There was literally nothing this agent was able to do on her own. For some reason, I decided to submit my own application with the company. Upon my arrival, I noticed the agent taking pictures of my personal information with her cell phone to show said manager. When I questioned her about this, I was met with an attitude and I heard her lie to her manager about what I was saying. She said I was being difficult, and not allowing her to send a photo of my credit report to her manager would result in not being able to process my loan. After taking and sending these photos to her manager, she took some time to help another customer. I should also mention that every time the phone rang, she answered; regardless who was in front of her or the topic of conversation. Obviously privacy is not important to these people. When I was finally able to be helped I was met with questions about my friend's application. Again, does privacy mean nothing to these people? After some time, the manager called back to say that my check stubs were flagged by corporate although I called corporate to confirm all my documents were in place twice before even driving to their location. I wouldn't waste my time here if Alyssa is in the office. I was able to get my loan processed at another location without issue. Shame on them for hiring such an incompetent person in their office."
