"My children have attended TGS Warrenville (formerly Compass) since Fall 2021 and we have had only positive experiences with the teachers and staff. The directors are so understanding and flexible to help accommodate the needs of our family. The teachers are so warm and show a true joy in working with the kids. My children have learned and grown so much in their time there! We love how many hands-on and sensory activities they provide for the kids."
"We love TGS (formally Compass)! My children have been attending since early 2020 and have had the greatest teachers and experience we could have asked for. The teacher retention rate is very high and we have had a lot of the same teachers throughout our 4+ years. The staff is very warm and inviting. My sometimes shy and nervous kids will run up to teachers from other classrooms and are greeted with a high five or a big hug. They are incredibly accommodating of our child's food allergies, always have alternatives, and keep him safe! I know they have a lot of fun at TGS and I love the structure and curriculum that compliments that fun!"
"We love The Gardner School of Warrenville. My daughter started attending when she was 10 weeks old (when it was The Compass School) and was there for three years. She absolutely adored all of her teachers! They truly care about each child and family. My infant son just started. He has the same infant teachers my daughter had and we couldn’t be more pleased. The teacher retention rate is very high, which is not common in daycare centers and makes a huge difference in the quality of care. My son has some feeding problems and they are constantly asking what they can do to help him and are very accommodating to his needs. We drive way out of our way to attend TGS because we can’t imagine sending our babies anywhere else!"
"My kids have attended the Gardner School of Warrenville (formerly Compass) since 2021, and we've been very happy with our experience. The teachers are caring and attentive and the directors do a great job working with families and staff. While the name of the school has changed, it still embodies the values we have loved from the start."
"My son has been in gardner school of warrenville (compass school before) since June 2022. He went to todder class and 2-year class when he was younger and now he is in 3-year class. He likes all the teachers and classmates in those classrooms. The teachers are all nice and patient with great love and care to children as I observed. The teachers are also very trustful and sincere. My son has grown up and learnt a lot in compass and gardner. He usually does not want to leave the school when we pick him up in the evening. Teachers were also very happy to share my son's daily highlights so that we knew my son had a great day. I also like school curriculum. My son did lots of mix-media art craft and painting, nature science projects, and hand-writing in class, which are important for his development. In the past summer, school also arranged lots of STEAM activities and my son was fully happily engaged."
